INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA PURSUANT TO art. 13 of EU reg. 2016/679

H&S Machines s.p. (H&S Machines) hereby informs you that, pursuant to Article 13 of the General European Data Protection Regulation, no. 2016/679 ("Regulation" or "GDPR" General Data Protection Regulation), the personal data you provide, in relation to the purposes of the Processing referred to in point 4 below, will be processed in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation itself, for the purposes set out below.

This Privacy Policy (the Policy) relates to the processing of personal data provided by the user when registering on the website with URL [www.hesmachines.com] and its sub-domains (hereinafter the "Site").

1. Data source
The personal data being processed are collected directly from the person concerned.
2. Recipients
This information notice applies to: users of the reserved area of the website. In the following text the subjects indicated above are indicated as "interested" in the processing of personal data.
3. Types of data processed
Data provided voluntarily by the interested party: personal data and contact details.
4. Purpose, legal basis of the processing and period of retention of data
The personal data collected will be processed for the purposes indicated below:
i) Purposes of treatment, whose legal basis resides in the consent expressed by the person concerned
• To subscribe to the newsletter, to contact and/or technical support and to send requests relating to announcements of machinery and industrial equipment listed on the site [www.hesmachines.com].
For this type of treatment has not been defined a specific period of retention of data: the data will be kept until the person concerned makes a request for cancellation.
5. Methods of processing
In relation to the above purposes, the data will be processed by means of computer and telecommunications, and in any case by means suitable to ensure the security, confidentiality, integrity and availability through the adoption of appropriate security measures, as prescribed by the Regulation.
6. Categories of recipients of the data
Your personal data may be disclosed - within the limits of what is indicated above - to persons authorised and duly instructed by the Data Controller or Data Processors referred to in point 8, or to employees responsible for relations with the parties concerned referred to in point 2.
7. Dissemination of data
Your personal data, without your specific authorization, will not be disclosed outside the company perimeter and/or published on the company's website, except if required by law.
8. Owners and Data Processors
The Data Controller, i.e. the person who determines the purposes of the processing, is H&S machines s.p. with registered office at 6276 Pobegi - Slovenia. The Data Processors, i.e. the subjects who perform the processing on behalf of the Data Controller, are the companies of the Group and the service providers appointed as such in accordance with Regulation 2016/679 by the Data Controller.
9. Personal data protection officer
This figure, provided for by the regulations for the protection of the rights of the interested parties, has been identified by H&S machines s.p., the contact details of the Personal Data Protection Manager are given in point 10.
10. Exercise of rights
In accordance with Reg. 2016/679, the interested party has the right to access his data, in particular to obtain at any time confirmation of the existence or otherwise of the same and to know the content, origin, geographical location, as well as to request a copy.
You also have the right to verify its accuracy or request its integration, updating, rectification, limitation of treatment, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, and to oppose in any case to their treatment. In addition, the interested party has the right to request the portability of data, to make a complaint to the Control Authority.
